What to expect

We’ll start with an intake session to help me understand what your needs are and how I can best support you. I will then work with you to create a treatment plan that will help you work towards change. After the first session, we meet for individual or couple’s psychotherapy sessions lasting 50 minutes on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

“The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted, may be the major vehicle of therapeutic help” - Irvin Yalom
